Coloured Gemstones

At Jan Logan, we take pride in crafting jewellery that celebrates the vibrant allure of coloured gemstones. Notably, around 80% of the world's coloured gemstones are sourced from small-scale producers across diverse regions, where mining practices are deeply rooted in cultural traditions. Over our 35 years, we have established enduring partnerships with a carefully chosen network of suppliers who align with our commitment to sustainability. We entrust these partners to provide not only exceptionally sourced and expertly cut gemstones but also to operate with integrity and a commitment to environmental sustainability.

South Sea Pearls

For many years, Jan Logan has been renowned for designing contemporary pieces featuring Australian South Sea pearls. These exceptional pearls are sourced from a family-owned company operating along the pristine Kimberley coastline in Northwest Australia.

Harvested by hand using methods that are both environmentally friendly and sustainable, this approach ensures no harm to the delicate seabed ecosystem. Such practices have positioned the Australian pearling industry as a global leader in sustainability. Moreover, the company’s third-party certification from the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) represents a world-first for the pearling industry. Recognised globally for marine conservation, the MSC certification underscores our commitment to the highest standards in environmental stewardship.
