1. INITIAL APPOINTMENT
Your bespoke engagement journey begins with a private consultation, where we explore your vision. Within our intimate Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane boutiques, each experience is designed to feel personal, refined and welcoming - creating a piece that is deeply considered and uniquely reflective of your story.
2. INITIAL DESIGN
Work closely with our expert designers, gemmologists, and setters to develop a bespoke design concept. During this stage, our team guides you through hand-sketches, 3D renders, and the selection of individual stones to ensure every proportion and architectural line is refined to your exact standards.
3. FINALISATION OF DESIGN
Once you have reviewed and approved every detail of the design, your ring proceeds to our Sydney workshop. Here, the journey culminates as our master jewellers meticulously bring your vision to life, blending traditional hand-finishing techniques with precision craftsmanship to create an exquisite, one-of-a-kind heirloom.
4. CRAFTED IN OUR SYDNEY STUDIO
Within our Sydney studio, your bespoke piece is meticulously handcrafted by our master jewellers. We are proud to work within a close-knit team, where designers and jewellers collaborate at every stage of the process, bringing together precision craftsmanship and refined hand-finishing techniques to bring your vision to life.

Your bespoke piece is presented in our iconic JAN LOGAN brown box, offering a refined unboxing moment that reflects the craftsmanship and meaning behind your one-of-a-kind creation.

Our boutiques are located in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, where we offer a personalised in-store experience for bespoke consultations, bridal appointments and jewellery viewings.
If you have purchased a jewellery piece that will require manufacturing, please allow approximately two to six weeks for production. The production time does not include processing and shipping timeline, therefore, if you need a specific bespoke item sooner, please get in touch with us via email at hello@janlogan.com to ensure we are able to meet the deadline. We will do our best to ensure you have the piece in a timely manner without compromising on the quality.
You will be closely involved at every stage of the bespoke journey. From the initial consultation through to design development, we work collaboratively with you to refine your vision, share sketches and 3D renders, and guide stone selection. Your feedback is integral throughout, ensuring the final piece feels considered, personal and uniquely yours.
Our team will source a carefully selected diamond or gemstone based on your preferences, considering cut, clarity, carat and colour. Based on availability, we will present a recommended stone for your approval before proceeding, ensuring it aligns closely with your vision.
