RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

JAN LOGAN is pleased to offer store credit and exchanges within 14 days of pick-up or delivery worldwide. Items purchased from JAN LOGAN’s online or retail stores may be returned for credit, provided they are in saleable condition. Eligible purchases can be exchanged or issued as store credit or an online gift card. Store credit and gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

JAN LOGAN does not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases. Resized, custom jewellery and made-to-order bespoke pieces are final sale and ineligible for returns or exchanges. The value of the return or exchange excludes postage fees where applicable.

JAN LOGAN credits and exchanges are issued once a return has been received and its condition has been assessed. Should any of the below criteria not be met, JAN LOGAN has the right to refuse the exchange or return at the customer’s expense. Jewellery will not be accepted if it is damaged or has been worn.

Your item is eligible for an exchange or credit if it meets the following criteria:

  • The item has not been altered or had any external work done to it,
  • The item is returned in its original condition; unworn, undamaged and in original packaging,
  • The item is returned within the specified 14-day timeframe from pick-up or receiving the parcel in delivery and
  • The item is returned without any damage in transit from customer’s end.
HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE

To arrange a return or for more information, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@janlogan.com. Once confirmed with our customer service team, items can be returned to the below address. All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the pickup or delivery date.

Once the return has been received, JAN LOGAN will confirm an exchange or credit upon inspection of the received item.

HOW TO RETURN AN IN-STORE PURCHASE

Items purchased from JAN LOGAN’s retail stores may be returned for credit from 14 days of purchase, provided they are in saleable condition. Eligible purchases can be exchanged or issued as store credit. Store credit is valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can be used exclusively in all JAN LOGAN stores. BESPOKE & CUSTOM-MADE JEWELLERY RETURNS POLICY

All resized, custom, and made-to-order bespoke pieces are final sale and ineligible for returns. Exchanges are possible if:

  • The item has not been altered or undergone external work.
  • It is in original condition (unworn, undamaged) and in its original packaging.
  • Returned within 14 days of pick-up or delivery.
  • There is no transit damage from the customer's end.

JAN LOGAN will confirm an exchange or credit after inspecting the item. If the above criteria aren't met, the return may be refused at the customer’s expense.

  • Yes, if theyare unworn and returned within 14 days.

Can engraved items be returned?

  • No, engravedproducts cannot be returned.
FAULTY ITEMS, REPAIRS & WARRANTY

Each JAN LOGAN jewellery piece is unique and delicate in nature and therefore should be handled carefully. However, sometimes an item is damaged, and JAN LOGAN is pleased to offer a repair service. Please see our Repairs & Warranty page for more information.
