Repairs & Warranty
Each JAN LOGAN jewellery piece is unique and delicate, requiring careful handling. In cases where damage occurs, we are pleased to offer a repair service.
All JAN LOGAN jewellery comes with a complimentary six-month warranty, covering manufacturer's defects. We will cover the cost of repairs or provide a replacement. If an identical replacement is unavailable, an item of equivalent value will be offered. Certain exclusions apply, as outlined below.
To maintain warranty coverage, customers must:
- Follow our jewellery care guide.
- Avoid any third-party work, such as cleaning, resizing, or repairs. Work done outside JAN LOGAN will void the warranty.
- Bring the item to JAN LOGAN for an annual check-up and assessment.
Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper care, or negligence is not covered. In such cases, the cost of repairs will be quoted after assessment. Only genuine manufacturer's defects are covered in this warranty. We recommend insuring your jewellery to cover accidental loss, theft, or damage beyond our warranty.
Bespoke items come with a limited lifetime warranty under the same conditions as standard items.
Repairs for manufacturing defects that occur within the first six months of purchase are covered under warranty. JAN LOGAN will either cover the cost of necessary repairs or provide a replacement if repairs are not feasible. If an identical replacement is unavailable, a comparable item will be provided.
For damage due to wear and tear, improper care, or repairs outside the six-month warranty period, we offer paid repair services. Costs will vary based on the extent of damage, and a quote will be provided before work begins.
Please note we rarely repair non-JAN LOGAN jewellery as the provenance of the metal or gems cannot be verified to our quality standards.
