Jan Logan offers complimentary domestic and international express shipping on all orders. For Australian deliveries, parcels are dispatched via Australia Post Express. International orders are sent through courier services, with the shipping provider - EMS, DHL, or FedEx - determined by the item's value. HOW LONG DO MAKE TO ORDER AND BESPOKE PIECES TYPICALLY TAKE?
If you have purchased a jewellery piece that will require manufacturing, please allow approximately two to six weeks for production. The production time does not include processing and shipping timeline, therefore, if you need a specific bespoke item sooner, please get in touch with us via email at info@janlogan.com to ensure we are able to meet the deadline. We will do our best to ensure you have the piece in a timely manner without compromising on the quality.

CAN I INCLUDE A PERSONALISED MESSAGE AND GIFT WRAPPING FOR MY PURCHASE?
Jan Logan offers complimentary gift wrapping at checkout. Wrapping includes a signature Jan Logan jewellery box or pouch, tissue paper, a bag and a personal handwritten note on a Jan Logan card.

ARE GIFT CARDS AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE?
Yes, Jan Logan Gift Cards are delivered by post and are redeemed in-store only.
HOW CAN I RETURN AN IN-STORE PURCHASE?
Jan Logan offers a 14-day change-of-mind exchange policy for in-store purchases. Unworn and undamaged items in original packaging can be returned to any Jan Logan store for a credit note, valid for 24 months. Our client advisors will issue you with a credit note to be used exclusively in all Jan Logan stores. Exchanges or credit are not available for worn or damaged jewellery. Refunds are not offered. HOW CAN I RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE?
Jan Logan offers a 14-day change-of-mind policy for global online orders. Eligible items can be exchanged for store credit, excluding postage fees. Items must be returned unworn and undamaged. Store credit is valid for 24 months. Refunds are not permitted.
To initiate a return, please contact info@janlogan.com within 14 days of pick-up or delivery. Ensure the item is securely wrapped to prevent any damage during transit, and make a note of the parcel tracking number before sending it to the return address below.

CAN I EXCHANGE EARRINGS?
Yes, we do accept the return of earrings if the product is returned unworn and in saleable condition within 14 days of the purchase date.
MAY I EXCHANGE AN ITEM THAT HAS BEEN ENGRAVED?
Any products that have been engraved cannot be returned to Jan Logan.
