Each Jan Logan jewellery piece is unique and delicate in nature and therefore should be handled carefully. However, sometimes an item is damaged and Jan Logan is pleased to offer a repair service.
All Jan Logan Jewellery items come with a complementary six month warranty. This warranty covers manufacturer’s defects within the first six months after purchase. Jan Logan will cover the cost of repairs for any defect, or otherwise offer a replacement. If an identical replacement is not available, we will offer a replacement item of equivalent value. Certain exclusions apply, for full details and to make a claim under warranty, please see our Warranty page.
For repairs for damage as the result of normal wear and tear, or due to improper care or negligence, Jan Logan can undertake repairs for a fee. In addition, repairs outside the six month warranty period can also be repaired for a fee.
Repair costs will vary on a case-by-case basis and a quote will be provided for agreement prior to repairs commencing.

Please note we rarely repair non Jan Logan jewellery as we do not know the provenance of the metal or the gems which makes it difficult to achieve our high levels of quality control.

All warranty claims must be physically assessed by one of our jewellers. If your jewellery is noticeably damaged as the result of normal wear and tear, or due to improper care or negligence, this falls outside the warranty and the cost for repair will be quoted upon assessment. Only genuine manufacturer's defects are covered in this warranty.
Jan Logan highly recommends taking out insurance to cover any incidents that can arise accidentally, including loss, theft or damage that is outside of our policy.
For Bespoke Items, our warranty extends to a limited lifetime warranty, under the same conditions set out above.
Each Jan Logan jewellery piece undergoes many rounds of quality control before being sent to a customer. However, genuine manufacturing defects do occur from time to time. If you believe you have received a faulty product, please get in touch with us immediately to notify us of the fault. After a careful assessment by a qualified jeweller, we will advise you of next steps.
